Zachary A. Feldman has worked on a variety of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities/debt offerings and venture capital financings. He has experience handling a broad range of corporate matters for technology, health and entertainment companies.
Zachary previously worked as a summer associate at Fox Rothschild. During law school, he served as the Executive Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal, and was a teaching assistant in the Land Use, Environmental Law and Child Advocacy classes.
Zachary spent time as a Congressional Intern, as an intern for the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York, and served as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Scholar at Prudential Financial.
Zachary also regularly represented children in various proceedings as a law guardian in Tompkins County Courts. His law note, Suicide and Euthanasia: The International Perspective on the Right to Die, is in Volume 104 of the Cornell Law Review.
Zachary volunteers in the Planning and Estate Law Project (PELP) Clinic through the City Bar Justice Center. He is also a certified sailing instructor, lifeguard and water safety instructor.
