
Zachary Kewer is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office where he is part of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes group. Zach focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling.
Zach has significant experience defending against labor and employment claims in state and federal courts throughout the country. Specifically, Zach has litigated cases concerning the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and traditional business torts.
Zachary also has experience defending employers before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and the National Labor Relations Board.
Additionally, Zach regularly provides clients with legal and strategic advice related to a variety of labor and employment issues, including restrictive covenants, confidentiality and employment agreements, employee handbooks and policies, performance evaluations, workplace investigations, and trade secret matters.
