Zachary P. Mardis is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham, AL office, where his practice focuses on premises liability, retail and hospitality, products liability and personal injury. Zach received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Sports Administration, with a Business minor, from Samford University (AL).
He earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was named to the Dean’s List every semester and graduated magna cum laude.
While attending Cumberland, Zach served as class president of the Student Bar Association, Copy Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and was an Assistant Justice on the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Executive Board.
He was also a member of the ABA National Moot Court Competition Team and was selected by the faculty to serve as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow.
