Robert G. Werner began practicing immigration law in San Francisco in 1971. His practice is focused on employment visas for businesses, with emphasis on high technology companies, bilingual schools, and the international transfer of executives and managers.
The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization has certified Mr. Werner to be a Legal Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law continuously since 1990. He served as a Commissioner of the California State Bar Immigration and Nationality Advisory Commission from 2007 to 2010.
Mr Werner is of counsel and not an employee of the law office. However, he collaborates on a wide variety of cases with the Law Office of Christine Troy.
