Sean Meluney is an associate with Berger Harris who is experienced in trial and appellate litigation in all of Delaware’s state and federal courts. Sean’s practice includes areas of corporate, commercial, and business litigation.
He handles complex litigation matters ranging from breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business divorce, partnership disputes, and securities fraud.
Sean also represents employers and employees in matters including restrictive covenants, trade secrets, wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, unfair competition and wrongful termination claims.
Prior to joining Berger Harris, Sean was an associate at White & Williams LLP and Alan Frank Law Associates. Sean served as a law clerk for Delaware Supreme Court Justice James T. Vaughn, Jr. when His Honor was President Judge of the Superior Court.
While studying at Widener University Law School, Sean worked for the Delaware Department of Justice and was the Co-Editor in Chief of a legal journal.
