Timothy Dance

Timothy J. Dance’s practice is concentrated in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. His practice is concentrated primarily in bankruptcy, reorganization, creditor’s rights, committee representation, foreclosure, receivership, and workout law; and federal and state court commercial and business litigation.

Tim has extensive experience in the foreclosure of real and personal property and regularly represents creditors in enforcing, collecting and restructuring financial transactions.
