A. Wilson Webb joined LSA in February 2014. Webb first worked in LSA’s Gadsden office in 1991, specializing in the area of: consumer protection remedies including Truth in Lending, Bankruptcy, Mini-Code, and Deceptive Trade Practices, and Landlord-Tenant issues on behalf of Tenants.
In 2006, he retired from Legal Services to form the Alabama Consumer Law Group, P.C., which represented Consumer Debtors (& Trustees) in Bankruptcy cases, using the fee-shifting Truth in Lending Act and/or State law remedies in adversary proceedings throughout Alabama.
After returning to LSA in 2014, Webb specializes in Consumer & Housing Advocacy, utilizing State and Federal law including extensive Chapter 13 Bankruptcy (including Adversary Proceedings using the Truth in Lending Act).
Webb received a J.D. from Birmingham’s Cumberland School of Law (1983) and has been a member of the Alabama State Bar since 1984. Webb, who is a member of LSA’s High Impact Litigation Unit, currently serves as Staff Attorney in the Birmingham Office.
