Aaron Garcia

Aaron (AJ) Garcia represents owners, institutional and non-institutional investors, developers, and operators in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real estate assets, joint ventures, and leasing.

He has experience representing lenders and borrowers in local, national and multi-jurisdictional transactions involving acquisition, bridge, construction, and permanent loans secured by real property.

Prior to starting his legal career, AJ taught high school science for Teach For America in Brownsville, Texas.
