Abby Pugliese focuses her practice in public finance. She has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, borrower’s counsel, and special counsel on various taxable and tax-exempt revenue financings involving school districts, colleges and universities, redevelopment zones, pooled financings, and municipal lease and lease-purchase transactions in New York and New Jersey.
Abby has experience drafting and reviewing primary financing documents, including indentures, bond resolutions and ordinances, official statements, purchase contracts, escrow agreements, PILOT agreements and continuing disclosure documents.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Abby worked as an associate at a mid-sized law firm focusing on commercial real estate matters, including leases and purchase and sale agreements.
