Adam W. Guerrero focuses his practice on real estate transactions and land use law with an emphasis on commercial lease transactions. He negotiates and drafts commercial real estate transactions, including leases, subleases, assignments, and purchase and sale agreements.
Adam has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of individual properties, including managing due diligence efforts in acquiring land for development, as well as land use in connection with homebuilding, industrial, and retail projects. In addition, he has prosecuted and defended litigation relating to commercial property and business disputes on behalf of his clients.
Before joining the firm, he served as an associate handling real estate matters for a Los Angeles law firm, and worked as a land acquisition manager for a real estate developer. While pursuing his law degree, Adam served as a judicial extern to Judge Dickran Tevrizian, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
