Alaleh T. Khosrowpour is a partner in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Medical Malpractice Practices. Ms. Khosrowpour’s specialties include premises liability, hospitality and hotel related claims, personal injury defense, transportation (including trucking), and healthcare related claims.
Ms. Khosrowpour’s extensive litigation experience includes, but is not limited to, taking and defending depositions, law and motion, oral arguments, and written discovery. She has participated in many mediations and has trial experience.
Ms. Khosrowpour has experience putting together a sophisticated team of highly regarded medical experts to assist clients with unique challenges of catastrophic injury and traumatic brain injury claims.
Ms. Khosrowpour obtained her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in 2006, where she graduated summa cum laude and was Executive Editor of the Whittier Law Review. During law school, Ms. Khosrowpour also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephen G. Larson, Ret., of the United States District Court, Central District of California.
