Alexander Gorman

Alexander Gorman is an experienced civil litigator whose forte’ is developing unorthodox but highly successful litigation strategies. He founded the Sacramento firm in 2011 and has a common partner with a firm of similar name in the Los Angeles area.

Mr. Gorman enjoys a high level of comfort practicing in both the state and federal courts. He has successfully handled hundreds of civil cases over the years, including personal injury and wrongful death cases, employment discrimination, civil rights claims, and business litigation, among others.

Mr. Gorman has transactional experience as well having represented two different hospitals as chief counsel, a variety of small businesses, and experience handling government claims at the federal, state, and local levels.

Mr. Gorman graduated from Washington University in St. Louis Law School in 1991. He is married and has two beautiful young daughters.
