Alia Wynne is counsel in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Wynne has defended employers against a wide variety of claims, including harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing, retaliation, wage-hour violations, breach of contract, breach of restrictive covenants, and ERISA, before state and federal courts and government agencies.
Ms. Wynne’s experience also includes providing preventative advice and counseling to employers on day-to-day issues such as investigations, terminations, leaves of absence, wage issues, restrictive covenants, handbooks, and personnel policies. Ms. Wynne’s current practice is focused on the defense of single-plaintiff claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.
