
Ms. Alyssa Dillard is a part of the firm’s civil litigation practice group. Her practice primarily involves business litigation, contract disputes, and employment issues. Ms. Dillard is available to assist in all stages of litigation, including action commencement, written discovery, law in motion, and settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining ADLI Law Group, Ms. Dillard was an associate attorney at a boutique firm in Downtown Los Angeles. In this capacity, Ms. Dillard provided general litigation services to civil litigation clients in both state and federal court, served as general counsel for several small corporations, and assisted with business formation and legal advisement.
Ms. Dillard has also clerked for numerous governmental agencies, including the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and the Los Angeles Office of the Inspector General.
Ms. Dillard received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, where she was an early member of the First Amendment Scholar program.
She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she served on the board of the International Refugee Assistance Project and the Student Bar Association. Ms. Dillard is committed to providing high quality legal work to her clients.
