Amanda Waide focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. Amanda frequently represents manufacturing clients in a variety of commercial disputes in both state and federal court, and has experience in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial. She also has significant experience representing manufacturing clients in international arbitrations in both the U.S. and Asia.
Amanda joined Alston & Bird after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Randal Hall of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Amanda earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
