Andrew Bonnes represents public and private companies and financial institutions in a variety of corporate matters. Mr. Bonnes focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate matters. He has represented buyers, sellers, financial advisors and other interested parties in acquisitions, divestitures, investments and strategic alliances.
Mr. Bonnes has also represented underwriters, dealer managers and investors in the registration, issuance and repurchase of equity and debt securities. Additionally, Mr. Bonnes has advised clients on a variety of general corporate matters, including corporate governance and SEC disclosure.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Bonnes was an associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Mr. Bonnes is a member of the March of Dimes Boston-Manchester Market Board.
