Andrew T. Hagerman joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2018 as an Associate in the Louisville office. He is part of the Business Litigation practice group. Prior to joining SKO, Andy spent a year as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas B. Russell, senior judge for the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Kentucky.
Andy graduated from Centre College in 2011 and the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2017 where he earned his J.D. with summa cum laude distinction. While in law school, Andy participated in the national moot court competition, focusing on appellate advocacy, and served as senior notes editor for the University of Louisville Law Review.
Business Litigation: Andy is part of a litigation team that handles business disputes ranging from single breaches of contract to multi-party, class-action conflicts. He helps clients resolve complex business litigation matters through extensive research, writing and client communication, and works to deliver results in the most efficient and economically advantageous ways possible.
