
Bekah Herman’s practice centers on representing and advising management in labor and employment matters under federal and state law. Bekah focuses primarily on labor and employment law matters with an emphasis on employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, traditional labor law, non-compete and non-solicitation covenants, wage and hour compliance, family and medical leave compliance, and employment policies, handbooks and contracts.
Bekah is admitted to practice in the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Bekah was a law clerk for the Honorable William C. O’Kelley of the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia from 1999–2001, prior to which she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable P. Harris Hines of the Georgia Supreme Court and the Honorable Frank M. Hull of the US Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
