After earning Brian Davis’s JD in 1990 from the University of Florida School of Law, Brian Davis dived into litigation right away. Starting his legal career in New York City, Brian has gained extensive experience trying and litigating countless cases for clients.
For the past 20+ years, Brian has exclusively represented clients in Florida state and federal courts. With past experience representation insurance companies and corporations, he has a unique insight when it comes to his clients’ cases. Now solely advocating for injury victims, Brian is passionate about holding these companies and other negligent parties accountable.
Over the years, Brian has effectively handled a wide range of cases, obtaining impressive results in cases involving car accidents, slip and fall injuries, negligent security, medical malpractice, and similar issues. His success in these matters has led to peer recognition, including selection to the Florida Super Lawyers® list from 2010 to 2015.
Brian is proud to represent clients throughout Florida and is an active member in all state and federal courts. As a lifelong resident of Florida, Brian happily lives in Orlando with his wife and children.
