Britney Noelle Torres

Britney Noelle Torres represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law, including : Discrimination, Harassment, Wage and hour law and class actions, Trade secrets, Fair employment practices.

She has successfully defended employers against claims in state and federal court and is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, law and motion, complex discovery issues, arbitration, mediation and jury and bench trials.

Prior to joining Littler, Britney worked with a Los Angeles law firm specializing in general civil litigation, particularly in the areas of securities, labor and employment, unfair competition and professional malpractice matters.

While in law school, she was a member of the Review of Law and Social Justice and Vice-President of the Latino Law Student Association. She externed for the Hon. S. James Otero, U.S. District Court Judge for the Central District of California, interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, and studied abroad at Bond University in Robina, Australia.

Britney also studied abroad at the Universidad Católica de la Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during her undergraduate studies.
