C. Arthur Rutter is a Managing Partner at Rutter Mills, LLP.  Arthur Rutter is a graduate of Harvard College, and University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams Law School, where he graduated first in his class. He is an experienced litigator with several years of legal experience. He focuses his practice on complex auto accident and maritime cases.

C. Arthur Rutter III has handled and won several high-profile personal injury cases involving millions of dollar in several states, including the at-the-time largest Wrongful Death Verdict in the history of Virginia.
