Caitlin P. Hogan is a skilled intellectual property litigator specializing in complex patent litigation with a particular focus in the pharmaceutical, biological, chemical, and biotechnology industries. Caitlin is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

In her practice, Caitlin frequently represents high-profile pharmaceutical companies in patent litigations, many under the Hatch-Waxman Act, and has considerable experience in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
