Charles Haughey

Charles S. Haughey is a partner in the San Diego office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability Practice. Mr. Haughey has over 35 years experience, specializing in the defense of civil claims. He handles the following types of matters :

• Product liability defense, including claims involving cars and tires, machinery, trenchers, intraocular lenses, and drain cleaners
• Construction law, including construction defect claims representing design professionals, subcontractors, general contractors and developers in litigation, mediation and trial
