Christina Joubran Zarou focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including land use and development law, commercial leasing, big box retail development and condominium development.
She represents national and local companies in the purchase, sale and operation of industrial, retail and multifamily properties located throughout the United States, including the preparation and negotiation of acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing documents.
Christina also represents financial institutions and borrowers in commercial financing transactions involving real estate acquisition, construction and permanent loans associated with properties across the United States.
Christina counsels and advises financial institutions in response to governmental investigations related to mortgage lending practices and fraud complaints.
