Christine Chipman assists owners, developers, contractors and design professionals with construction-related contracting and procurement matters. She drafts, negotiates and interprets complex agreements for public and private construction projects incorporating a wide variety of project delivery, project management and risk allocation methods.
Christine provides guidance to public and quasi-public owners, such as public school districts and universities, in connection with bidding/procurement practices, including statutory and regulatory compliance and bonding and insurance requirements.
With her background in business and commercial real estate law, Christine also frequently addresses the legal concerns that arise in day-to-day operations of construction clients such as commercial contracting, contract disputes, commercial real estate transactions, leasing and commercial finance matters.
