Clark Splichal focuses his practice on labor and employment law, representing employers before state and federal courts and agencies in matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Right Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and state wage and hour and discrimination laws.
Prior to joining the firm, Clark practiced at a Manhattan litigation boutique and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Barbara Jaffe at the New York State Supreme Court, New York County. Clark also worked as a law clerk for the Departmental Disciplinary Committee, Appellate Division, First Department and as a summer clerk in the legal department of NBCUniversal.
Clark earned his undergraduate degree and master’s degree from the University of Miami. Clark earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While attending law school, Clark served as the editor-in-chief of the Florida Law Review.
