Dan McGlinn represents a variety of businesses through their business life cycle – including formation, employee and owner issues, management issues, owner buy sell agreements, and ultimately through sale/merger. In this latter capacity, he has completed numerous transactions involving the acquisition and sale of various businesses.
With one-fifth of our economy health care related, it is not surprising that Dan represents an impressive number of health care providers. Dan also has extensive experience concerning the marketing of medical devices, including compliance with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics. He has written a number of professional articles on healthcare law.
Of course, Dan has served a number of corporate clients and executives outside of healthcare. He regularly represents these clients on issues of business formation, contracts, shareholder/member agreements and rights, mergers and acquisitions, distributorship and sales representative agreements and software and technology agreements. In his spare time, Dan serves on several community boards and committees.
