Daniel R. Del Rio

Attorney Daniel Del Rio has more than a decade of experience practicing personal injury. In each and every case, he passionately upholds the rights of those who have been injured or whose loved ones have died as the result of another’s negligent or reckless behavior.

An alumnus of San Jose State University, Daniel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in High Technology. He then went on to obtain his J.D. in 2005 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating magna cum laude.
