David B. Lever

David B. Lever, obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Pace University School of Law, White Plains in 1989. In 1986, he earned his B.A. in Political Science from the Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York. For more than 27 years, David has provided passionate representation to clients, aggressively fighting for the rights of victims of accident and consumers upon his admission to the practice of law in the New York State Bar.

Mr. Lever has concerted his effort on representing plaintiffs (injured parties) without providing representation or defense to the interests of any insurance company or corporate entities.

David Lever is deeply and equally responsible to each cases handled by his firm. He attends to his clients; deeply understand their situation, and painstakingly explains all available options to them as he rightly believes they deserve.

Prior to establishing his firm in New York, David worked as an attorney at a large New York City plaintiff’s firm. He entered into private practice in 1994.

David has been important in securing many huge monetary awards for several of injured clients in the course of his career. He serves as the senior legal strategist for the firm. He personally supervises each of the firm’s cases, in order to make sure that all clients’ case is passionately advocated and to get the best settlement value.
