David M Roer

David Roer grew up on cattle ranches in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. His youth was spent working on the family farm and learning the ethic of independence, tenacity, work and purpose.

During the Viet Nam era David served in the United States Army where he was decorated for meritorious service.

He was selected to serve as a municipal court judge in several different courts commencing from 1985. Eventually he was appointed by an Arizona Governor to serve on the Superior Court Bench of Pinal County, Arizona.

Mr. Roer returned to the private practice of law in 2006. He was certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Criminal Law Specialist in 1986.
