David Yudin is attorney of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. David Yudin’s practice focuses on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds. David joined the firm in 2001 and became a senior attorney in 2011.
He has extensive experience organizing and advising private investment funds, including buyout funds, credit funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, fund of funds and other types of “alternative asset” investment vehicles. David also advises private investment funds in their investment activities, including acquisitions, dispositions and shareholder arrangements with portfolio companies and among private equity consortium members.
