Dayron Silverio’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury and wrongful death, product liability, aviation litigation, medical malpractice, class actions, and commercial litigation.
Dayron graduated summa cum laude from the Florida State University, where he received numerous accolades for his academic research, honors thesis on the Spanish Civil War, and extensive involvement on campus. In 2014, he graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School.
After law school, Dayron clerked for the Honorable Mark E. Walker, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Florida. He then served as an Assistant County Attorney for Miami-Dade County.
While at the County Attorney’s Office, Dayron handled dozens of cases in administrative, state, and federal civil proceedings on the plaintiff and defense side, securing equitable and monetary relief, dismissal of state and federal claims in federal court, and a defense jury verdict.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Dayron clerked for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan on the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
