Diana Perez

Diana Perez started working at Walinski & Associates, P.C., in July of 2009 as a Law Clerk. In November 2011, she became an Associate Attorney at the firm.

During her time at Loyola University School of Law, Diana was a member of the Latino Law Student Association and she later served as Community Relations Chair.

Ms. Perez volunteered with the Logan Square Neighbour-hood Association and The Chicago House in providing assistance to the Latino immigrant community. Her area of practice is focused on different kinds of breach of contract matters, mortgage foreclosures, and post-judgment proceedings in Cook County.

While working as a Law Clerk, Diana helped Associate Attorneys in collections actions and post judgment proceedings in DuPage and Kane counties.  She is also responsible for filing all new suits in Cook, DuPage, Kane, McHenry, Will, Lake and Kendall counties. Diana also worked to register foreign judgments in various Illinois counties.

Diana is responsible for filing all post judgment proceedings in Cook County, on behalf of client corporations and financial institutions. She is a native Spanish speaker and writer and functions as a Spanish interpreter, for clients when needed.
