
Dudley F. Woody represents management and provides training in all aspects of labor and employment law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act, HIPAA, OSHA, sexual harassment, and union-free management.
Dudley has practiced labor and employment law with Woods Rogers for more than 25 years. He is a regular contributor at the annual Woods Rogers Labor and Employment Seminar series.
In addition, Dudley works with real estate clients and has experience representing homeowners associations.
He graduated summa cum laude from Roanoke College and received his law degree from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining the firm he served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia for the Honorable Ted Dalton.
He is a past national president of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, past president of Blue Ridge Literacy and is active in the Society for Human Resource Management.
