Edward J. Grattan II advises clients on corporate financing transactions, corporate governance matters and compliance/regulatory issues. Edward places an emphasis on assisting emerging companies through their early organizational and financing matters. He has worked with a wide variety of technological start-ups and early stage companies. He also has experience in assisting with asset acquisitions and large credit facility transactions.
Prior to Buchanan, Edward was partner at a consulting firm, where he was influential in cultivating both domestic and international business opportunities. In his role, he developed domestic and foreign client sources for purchasing and selling energy assets within the Central Appalachian region. He was also responsible for developing strategies with businesses to create public and private partnerships in the Middle East and Asian regions. Edward uses these business experiences to relate to a client’s legal necessities while providing practical advice.

He principally focuses on facilitating corporate financing transactions, handling corporate governance issues and providing regulatory compliance in relation to private securities issuances.
