
Emma Davis is a labor and employment associate in Baker Donelson’s Memphis office. As a member of the Labor and Employment Group, Emma helps represent these companies before the EEOC, DOL, and state and federal courts, helping to defend them against allegations of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and other charges.
She also helps advise health care providers, manufacturers, higher education institutions and various employers on day-to-day employment matters of employee discipline, leave issues, and general compliance with state and federal employment laws.
While attending law school, Emma worked as a research assistant to Professor Ralph Brashier, researching issues in elder law. Additionally, Emma interned for the Honorable Julia Smith Gibbons in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She is a frequent speaker and author on various employment topics.
