Frank C. Galloway, Jr. has represented lenders, including many out-of-state institutional lenders, and developers with respect to secured loans during the course of his real estate and commercial lending practice. He also has had an extensive practice with respect to the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial real estate.
While a practicing attorney, Mr. Galloway served as the city attorney for the City of Mountain Brook for seventeen years and has represented other municipalities. He has a great deal of experience in the areas of zoning, subdivisions and annexation law, representing private parties before municipal boards, as well as representing municipalities. Mr. Galloway is the chairman of the firm’s municipal law practice group.
Mr. Galloway is a member of the Alabama State Bar (former Chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section) and the Birmingham Bar Association. While in law school, he was a member of the Order of the Coif and served on the Board of Editors of the Virginia Law Review.
