Harold E. Campbell graduated from the University of Arizona Law School in 1977. He has been practicing law for over 38 years. He is a certified bankruptcy specialist by the State Bar of Arizona.
Eighty-five percent of what Mr. Campbell does is bankruptcy, but he also does general business, tax problem resolution, wills, and incorporation. He represents both individuals and businesses in liquidation and reorganizations. He also represents creditors in bankruptcy matters.
He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is the State Chair of NACB A in Arizona and recognized as a member of the Order of Protectors of Consumer Debtors by NACBA.
He not only represents individual consumer debtors, but also individuals and businesses in Chapter 11 reorganizations. Additionally, he represents clients against the IRS and State of Arizona in tax collection matters and offers in compromise (programs that allow you to pay off back taxes with a small lump sum payment or payments of a reduced amount over two years).
Mr. Campbell firmly believes in the motto on his business card: “Personal Service in an Impersonal World”. That is why he makes sure that you always see an attorney on your first visit to Campbell & Coombs and why all the attorneys and paralegals in the firm work with each other on all cases to give you the advantage of the knowledge and experience of the entire firm.
