Heidi B. Treiber practices corporate and securities law, with emphases in the areas of public and private offerings, SEC compliance, and public company representation. Ms. Treiber counsels public companies on ongoing corporate legal matters, including federal securities reporting requirements and corporate governance issues.
She also provides ongoing and transactional advice to private companies. She has experience representing clients with initial and continued listings on The Nasdaq Stock Market and New York Stock Exchange.
In addition, she has experience with confidential treatment filings with the SEC, blue sky compliance for private offerings and underwriter representation for public offerings, including FINRA filings.
