Henry Becker is an associate who represents a wide range of clients in complex litigation matters. He was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Becker was a law clerk in the Privacy Enforcement and Protection Unit of the Office of the California Attorney General. While there, he performed legal research on civil procedure, medical privacy law and unfair competition law.
While attending law school, Mr. Becker served as a graduate student researcher for Professors Paul M. Schwartz and David B. Oppenheimer. Mr. Becker researched, drafted and edited material for case books, and edited articles on federalism and privacy.
Previously, Mr. Becker served as a legal intern with the East Bay Community Law Center, a private English teacher with the ECY English Academy in South Korea, a judicial intern with the Superior Court of California, and a law clerk with the Dependency Advocacy Center of Santa Clara County.
