James S. Iagmin

For over 15 years, James S. Iagmin (YAHG-min) has represented only plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, employment, and real estate fraud cases. He’s known for getting incredible results for his clients.

Jim began at The Veen Firm, one of the most respected plaintiffs’ law firms in San Francisco and all of California. Returning home to San Diego in 2000, he joined the preeminent law firm of Schoville & Arnell, LLP.

There, he learned all aspects of complex injury cases, including premises liability, employment, government liability, wrongful death and product liability cases.

A year later, Jim wanted to create something more personal, one-on-one, hand-crafted, human—call it what you want. So he partnered with his friend and colleague Jon Williams to form Williams Iagmin LLP.
