Jamie Yood focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yood was a law clerk for the Honorable Katherine B. Forrest of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. He also served as law clerk in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office in San Francisco, California. He previously worked at the firm as a summer associate.
While attending law school, Mr. Yood instructed students in legal writing, volunteered in a clinic providing legal services to refugees, and was a finalist in the McBaine Moot Court Competition.
Before pursuing his law degree, Mr. Yood spent several years at Google, where he managed global communications for high-stakes corporate issues and steered the company’s public affairs strategy for its philanthropic and clean energy initiatives.
