Jason Leland Chrestionson advises clients on antitrust litigation and compliance counseling, as well as complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients before the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. Jason is also experienced with large, multi-jurisdictional merger control matters.
Before joining McGuireWoods, first as a summer associate and then as an associate, Jason served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Amy J. St. Eve of the Northern District of Illinois. As a law student, Jason was a member of Notre Dame’s Moot Court Board and both competed in and served as team representative for the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
Jason was also awarded for the highest grade in Advanced Legal Research and Information Technology Law. Prior to law school Jason worked for a startup packaged food company in San Francisco, where he managed nationwide operations for sales and distribution.
