Jason Perkins is a commercial litigator and construction litigator with particular experience in banking litigation, business litigation, and construction defect litigation. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions in lender liability litigation. He also has extensive experience representing clients in construction disputes, including, defective products, mold, and water intrusion. His engagements have involved single family homes, condominiums, convention centers, highways, hotels, and sports arenas.
Jason also has significant experience in products liability law, creditor/debtor law, and complex litigation including, class action litigation, and multi-district litigation. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, product manufacturers, homebuilders, landlords, tenants, banks, and other financial institutions.
