Jeffrey Leroy Dangeau

​​Jeff Dangeau is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and has a BBA in economics.

He has over 30 years experience in energy, utility, regulatory, business and real estate law, government relations, and real estate investment and management and as a member of executive management teams.

Represented publicly traded and nonpublic corporations and other business entities in entity formation, strategic planning, debt and equity financing, transactions, negotiations, litigation, class actions, regulatory proceedings, SEC filings, government relations, and other matters.
