John Barron

John C. Barron has extensive experience in a broad spectrum of litigation, including commercial disputes, medical malpractice defense, product liability and employment-related tort claims. He also regularly represents corporations in a variety of business disputes. John has tried more than 30 cases to verdict, both in federal and state court. He also has substantial experience in state and federal appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Ohio.

John is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in America. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and only after careful investigation. He is also a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, another-by invitation only-trial honorary society.
