John B. Major is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Major clerked for Judge Alex Kozinski and Judge Paul J. Watford, both of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Major earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he graduated first in his class and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Mr. Major served as executive editor for the Southern California Law Review and as a teaching assistant in the legal writing program. He received his B.S. in biological sciences from the University of Southern California.
