John P. Cogan Jr. focuses his practice on international energy, financial, shipping and commercial transactions, particularly involving projects for international exploration, extraction, processing, transportation and sale of hydrocarbons, renewables and other natural resources.
He has served as lead counsel on numerous LNG and pipeline development projects, upstream and refinery acquisitions, and oil industry maritime matters. His practice spans the globe, representing clients on projects in North America, Latin America, East Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
