Joseph N Casas

Joseph Casas is the firm’s Managing Partner and Chief Litigator. He is a bilingual lawyer and business advisor with a diverse background and experience founded upon his service as an infantryman in the U.S. Marine Corps and a J.A.G. officer in the U.S. Navy.

Joseph’s experience includes corporate law, bankruptcy law, immigration, energy law, and the defense and prosecution of complex matters including image infringement cases, business and commercial torts, personal injury, contractual disputes, fraud, and securities claims.

Joseph maintains an active military law practice. He has represents service members before courts-martial and administrative separation boards and has a track record of success with a 95%+ acquittal and retention rate.

In addition to his legal/business career, Joseph has taught law courses as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and as an instructor at the University of California, San Diego.
