Joshua Allen Estes

Joshua Allen Estes is an experienced attorney and partner with The Estes Law Firm PC based in Richmond, Texas. He focuses on practice areas such as Spiral cord injury, Defective & dangerous products, Wrongful death, Trucking accident, Personal injury, and Medical Malpractice.

He received board certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2016, and Fort Bend Herald named him Reader’s Choice Attorney of the Year in 2014. He is the former Director and an active member of the Fort Bend County Bar Association.

He was born in Houston, raised in Fort Bend County, and obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Texas System in Austin in 2000. He went on to join the South Texas College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in the year 2003. He further obtained Advanced Arbitration Skills from the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center in 2008.

Joshua A. Estes passed the bar exam and obtained the license to practice law in the state of Texas in 2004. He began his legal career working as an Associate with The Estes Law Firm PC in 2004 and became its partner in the year 2007.
